Hotels:

Although a variety of hotels are available in Stockton (see "Stockton Area Hotels" under "Related Links" on the right), the Stockton Sports Commission sponsored JJ Minor Memorial Tournament has reserved 65 rooms at our Tournament Headquarters Hotel, the Hilton Stockton. The Hilton is located at 2323 Grand Canal Blvd. The rooms are provided at a discounted rate of $99 per night only if the code "JJM" is provided while booking rooms; there is a required additional 8% occupancy tax and a 2% Tourism Improvement District tax. Professional Night Out for JJ Minor Tournament Teams:

The Stockton Youth Soccer Association (SYSA) and Stockton Storm Futbol Club are pleased to provide teams that are visiting Stockton for the JJ Minor Memorial Tournament with an exciting event that will be enjoyed by players, coaches, and families. SYSA and the Storm FC not only want teams participating in the tournament to have a good soccer experience, but to also enjoy the other wonderful opportunities that our city can provide.  The Stockton Thunder, an ECHL professional hockey team affiliated with the Edmonton Oilers, has a home game on Friday, February 12 at 7:30 PM in the new state of the art arena on the Stockton Waterfront. The Thunder have had the highest annual attendance in the nation for all 20 ECHL teams for several years, and have a very exciting team. The Thunder have arranged for soccer teams participating in the JJ Minor Memorial Tournament to receive a $3 discount on the $13 tickets, and a section in the arena has been set aside for the soccer teams that plan on attending.
